Blending intuitive energy healing with spiritual advice, nervous-system regulation and mindset rewiring techniques, so you’re not just “relaxing” during a session.. you’re reprogramming the body on a deeper level.
Instead of treating symptoms on the surface, Laura’s focus is on shifting the stored patterns and energetic blocks that keep you feeling stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected.
This approach is gentle but powerful - supporting the body in its own timing while creating lasting emotional and energetic change.
Clients often notice results immediately, such as a calmer mind, softened anxiety, emotional clarity, greater self-awareness or a feeling of lightness in the body. Over a series of sessions, deeper layers begin to unwind, opening space for confidence, intuitive connection and a more grounded sense of self.
Sessions are available in-person in Mount Gambier, SA, or online for clients across Australia and beyond. Wherever you are, you can begin from exactly where you are.
My intention with this work is to empower you to remember that everything you need is already within you.

I believe in the unseen secrets of the universe, the ability we have to transform & reprogram our minds, and the unlimited capacity we can grow into - to gain all of our deepest desires.
I think finding happiness within yourself is the only way to be truly free. I want to support others and embrace their energy, pleasure, and dark side. I want to help others find their spirit and gifts, and follow them.
My services help guide other people to reduce stress, empower themselves, reclaim their energetic well-being, evolve beyond limiting beliefs, and take their soul needs more seriously.
I thrive working with people of all ages, in a 1:1 setting, where I intuitively blend my knowledge of being a Reiki Master, Energy Healer, Yoga Teacher, Master Practitioner of NLP & Time Line Therapy®, Spinal Energetics and Somatic Studies to create a personalised treatment for what you need at that point in time.
I pride myself on having a holistic approach, combining practices to uncover and support you to finding root causes within the physical body, emotional body, and energetic layers of the soul and spirit.
We are made up of layers, cells, and constellations. This is holistic work: we explore your emotional, energetic, and physical layers.. the whole constellation of your being. These sessions are an invitation.. to slow down, breathe deeper, and return to the roots of your being.
